Our Day Nursery Photography Service
What to expect:
Our day nursery photography service is perfect for capturing professional portraits of the children in your setting, for those all important milestones and celebrations!
Mother’s Day, nursery graduations, new starters and Christmas are just the start – our nursery photographers can capture it all and provide high quality photography, with affordable nursery package prices.
We only take one nursery photography booking per day. This enables us to spend as long as we need at your nursery/group and focus on each individual child. This will ensure they are comfortable around the photographer and ultimately, we get that lovely smile caught on camera! We will find a day that is suitable for both parties and book this in our diary along with times that have been agreed.
Our day nursery photographer, Leah, will come along with our mobile nursery portrait studio, which means we will get brilliant and professional lighting for the children’s portraits. All the children in attendance will then be photographed and their name will be kept with the image number(s) of their nursery photograph(s), ready for their online, password protected, proof gallery. The nursery will receive one slip per child with their name and gallery password on it. The slip will also contain the address of the gallery. The gallery for each child will be live within 48 hours (usually less) so that the parents can access, view and place any orders required.

After we have provided our day nursery photography service
Once photography day is over, all you need to do is give each parent/guardian the slip with their child’s name, gallery address and password. The gallery will display a deadline date for all orders to be in by for FREE delivery back to the nursery.
All package orders will be printed and returned to the nursery around a week later, for parents/guardians to collect.
For those that miss the deadline date to order, purchases can still be made through the gallery but these will be fulfilled by our professional lab and will incur delivery costs. Also packages and certain gift products will no longer be available after the deadline.
