Our Christmas set brings a festive studio straight to your setting, perfect for gifts for grandparents and keepsakes for the family. Book your photography day by 20th November and printed orders will be back at your nursery before you close for Christmas.

How a photography day works

1. Pick a date. We arrange a day and timetable that fits around meals, naps and outdoor time.
2. On the day. Leah sets up the mobile studio and photographs each child individually, only those whose parents have given consent.
3. Parents view and order. You hand each family a personalised slip with their gallery address and password. Galleries go live within 48 hours.
4. Prints come back to you. Orders placed before the gallery deadline are printed and delivered free to the nursery around a week later for parents to collect.

Orders placed after the deadline can still be made through the gallery, but they’re sent direct from our lab with delivery charges, and some packages are no longer available.

Safety and data protection

We know you’re trusting us with the children in your care, and we take that seriously.

• • A member of your staff is present at all times during photography.
  • We only photograph children whose parents have given consent.
  • Galleries are private and password protected. Each family sees only their own child’s images.
  • We handle all data in line with UK GDPR, and images are deleted three months after your photography day.
  • We carry £5 million public liability insurance.

What parents can order

Packages start from just £18, with a choice of printed and digital photographs. There’s no obligation to buy, and parents can order at their own pace before the deadline.

We’re based at The Photo Studio on Norman Street, Warrington, and photograph nurseries and preschools anywhere within around 20 miles.
